An account belongs to a person, not to a company. A real estate company may invite an existing account to join it; the account survives leaving it.
Ownership is decided by origin at creation and travels with the record.
Records sourced by a real estate company belong to it. Records sourced by an individual agent belong to that agent and remain with them if they leave.
Where the same property or person appears under two owners, the records are linked and shown as one. Neither is deleted.
Contacts, deal stages and activity counts, yes. Conversation content and call recordings, never. This restriction is enforced technically and is not configurable.
You must not attempt to disable, remove, or misrepresent Riley's disclosure that it is an AI assistant.
You must only process lead data for which you hold valid consent, and you are responsible as the data controller for that consent.
Plans are billed monthly per agent. If a real estate company stops paying, the agent's account reverts to an individual account and retains everything they sourced themselves.
